These beautifully decorated 10-1/2 inch plates are made by Adams China Co. of England and were produced as part of a twelve (12) plate series between 1914 thru 1940.

A different American winter scene - based on 19th centurylithographs done by Nathanial Currier - is depicted on each plate. The transfer printed designs were done in black on the white ironstone and then hand colored. The matching borders are decorated with alternating sprigs of holly with red berries and mistletoe with white berries - making these plates perfect for the Holiday Season!
