The body of the Helsinki Finlandia is white stoneware, decorated with the Finlandia blue pattern of flowers and flowing fines.  the difference between Helsinki and Finlandia is the rim...Helsinki has the snooth outer rim as opposed to the swirl rim of Finlandia.

Each of the available Churchill China Helsinki Finlandia Oval Platter is new, pristine unused condition. The graphics are crisp, the colors vibrant.
