The Crooksville China Company was established in Crooksville, Ohio, in 1902 and made semi-porcelain dinnerware and kitchenware. The company began having financial difficulties in the late 1950s, due to competition from Japanese imports and plastic dinnerware manufacturers, and closed its doors in 1959.

The creamy white body has gold filigree detailing around the top rim. The focal point is the petit point rendering of a home set amid a stand of pine trees. The sugar bowl is offset, with the opening slanting at an angle. The handle is a curved arch.
This beautiful Crooksville Gold Filigree Petit Point Sugar Bowl is in Mint condition. There are no chips, cracks, scratches discoloring or crazing. The graphics are crisp, the colors vibrant. This sugar bowl appears to have never been used, or of so, ever so gently.
The Crooksville Gold Filigree Petit Point Sugar Bowl stands 5-3/4 inches to the top of the handle, has an opening diameter of 2-3/8 inches and it measures 13 inches in circumference.
