We are pleased to offer for purchase this stunning Indiana Glass Quadruped, aka Fluted Colonial Crystal Sugar Bowl

The Quadruped pattern was introduced by Indiana Glass in 1910 and is found in crystal, as well as ruby stain and iridized or “flashed”- on marigold. We might assume from a Butler Brothers Catalog ad that buyers had their choice.

As shown in a Indiana Glass catalog, this is pattern #125 Old Reliable Colonial, better known to collectors today as Fluted Colonial or Quadruped. Kamm originally misidentified it as Ohio Flint's Chippendale pattern.

The Indiana Glass Quadruped aka Fluted Colonial Sugar Bowl 3-3/4 inches in height, measures 6-3/8 inches from handle to handle and it has a upper bowl diameter of 3-5/8 inches..

The Indiana Glass Quadruped aka Fluted Colonial Sugar Bowl is in Excellent condition, the glass is sparkling. The only thing that we did notice is that two of the four feet have small hips on the underside, not unusual for a piece of this age.

We ship the day after payment is received using Insured Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Parcels are generally received in 2-3 days depending on your location.
