Vintage From Paul is pleased to offer this James Sadler Golden Autumn Flower Teapot.

The Teapot  has a creamy ivory stoneware body decorated with a lovely rendering of deep golden flowers accented with brown leaves and branches.  The lid of the teapot is a coordinating medium speckled brown.

James Sadler was founded in 1882, and is one of the leading manufacturers of teapots in the UK. It all began with James Sadler, who built a factory in Burslem at the heart of the ceramic industry in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England. He went on to make a name for himself by making fine earthenware teapots. He soon became famous, and a James Sadler teapot became synonymous with quality and good taste!

The Teapot stands 4-1/4 inches in height without the lid in place, 6  inches in height with the lid in place. It measures 9 inches from handle to spout, and has a base diameter of 4-1/4 inches.

The under side of the base is marked with "Sadler, England".

The James Sadler Golden Autumn Flower Teapot is in pristine condition and appears to be unused.
