Jeannette’s Adam pattern continues to be one of the most collected patterns in Depression glass. There is a multitude of new collector’s seeking this pattern based upon the number of questions received about reproductions. 

It seems only the butter dish has been reproduced.

Adam has Deco era shapes including triangles, squares, and linear lines, combined with a kind of Art Nouveau scrolled center motif of fern-like leaves surrounded by a festoon of petite flowers. Add to that the variety of pieces made in the line and the fact that it was only made for a three-year period, and you have several reasons for collecting Adam.

The Jeannette Adam Green Depression Glass Cake Plate has three feet and the surface area measures 9-7/8 inches square.

The Jeannette Adam Green Depression Glass Cake Plate is in near mint condition.  What we did notice after very careful inspection is one slight chip on the upper mid section of one of the feet as well as a small chip on the underside of the rim at one of the corners.  Botrh are so small that they are barely noticeable.
