This lovely blue, almost turquoise blue color center handled plate measures 11-3/4 inches in diameter and it stands 5-5/8 inches in height to the top of the keyhole handle. The keyhole handle measures 3 inches in length.

The Jeannette Glass Feather Pattern Blue Center Handle Server  has a scalloped edge which is called a Rambler Rose Border. The plate has the feather pattern radiating out from the center almost to the edge. .
