Vintage From Paul is delighted to offer this lovely, Made in England, Johnson Brothers Covered Vegetable Bowl in the refreshing Summer Chintz pattern. Summer Chintz was manufactured in England from 1988 to 2003. In 2003, the production of this pattern, as well as most of the other Johnson Brothers patterns was moved to Indonesia.

Decorative chains of wild flowers adorn the subtle fluting of Summer Chintz. A soft color palette brings cool freshness to the table. Safe for use in the freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The Round Covered Vegetable Bowl measures 9-1/4 inches in diameter, 10-1/2 inches from handle to handle and it stands 2-7/8 inches in height without the lid in place.

Each of the available Round Covered Vegetable Bowl is in mint condition with no chips, crazing, scratches or yellowing . The graphics are crisp, colors vibrant, glazing smooth. These pieces appear to have been very gently used, if used at all.

The pieces are Freezer, Dishwasher and Microwave safe.

The underside of the Round Vegetable Bowls are marked in green with; "Johnson Brothers Since 1883, Dishwasher, Freezer and Microwave safe, Johnson Bros 1985, Made In England".
