Vintage From Paul is delighted to offer this Johnson Brothers Greenfield Oval Serving Platter.

Johnson Brothers Greenfield is a versatile white ironstone featuring a raised beaded edge along its' octagonal shape which is the same as the Heritage pattern. The edge also has a deep green half circle design. In the center of the platter is a Pennsylvania Dutch floral design done in a palette of orange and yellow, accented with green foliage.

The Johnson Brothers Greenfield Oval Serving Platter is in Excellent (though used) condition. There is a very small chip to the underside of one of the sides which does not carry to the front. This is so small it does not show in the photos well and is not readily visible.

The Johnson Brothers Greenfield Oval Serving Platter measures 12-1/8 inches in length, 9-1/4 inches in width. The piece is marked with; "Made in England, acid resisting, dishwasher safe ironstone" The Johnson Brothers Greenfield Oval Serving Platterr is also marked with; "By appointment to her Majesty the Queen Manufacturers of Ceramic Tableware" and "By appointment to H.M. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Manufacturers of ceramic Tableware"
