We are pleased to offer this rarely seen Kurt Adler Noah's Ark & Boat Works Lamp. 

The piece is superb in detailing! .

The structure consists of “Noah’s Boat Works House and attached “Ark”. If you peek through the window of “The Boat Works”, you will see ships on shelves, and a young Noah at the drawing board, illuminated by a lamp, designing another boat. Each of the three windows has a flower box at the base filled with pink and red roses. The mauve front door is set between two columns and curved façade. On either side if the door are two golden lamps, under one there is a placard reading “Noah’s Boat Works”. The body of the house in a soft gray siding, while the base of t he house is in a cobbled stone. The roof is in a deeper gray cobbled stone. The centrally placed chimney has two copper wires to represent the smoke from the fireplace below. .

Attached to the Boat Works is “The Ark”. At the base of the ark there is a lion and a cat, both of which have birds gingerly perched above. The Ark itself has a single shuttered structure, complete with a mauve cobbled roof. To the left is an elephant, to the right is Noah. Noah is dressed in blue rain gear has a staff in the left hand, plans for the ark in the right. .

The entire front or poly-resin portion of this piece is permanently impregnated with glitter to provide a shimmering effect for the life of the piece.

The Kurt Adler Noah's Ark & Boat Works Lamp stands 12-1/2 inches in height, measures 9 inches in length and 5-1/4 inches in depth. 

The Kurt Adler Noah's Ark & Boat Works Lamp is illuminated by a single candelabrum bulb on a three way switch. The bulb fits neatly into the rear of the wooden frame The wood frame is pai nted in a light/pastel yellow. The piece is marked with “Kurt S. Adler Inc” and carries the original Bar Code paper label. .
