Vintage From Paul is delighted to offer this 1960's Lego Japan Double Handled Kissing Stein.

The LEGO Japan Double Handled  Ceramic Kissing  Mug Stein stands 4-1/2 inches in height,and measures 4-3/4 inches from rim to handle.

This stein has the words embossed at the top: "Kissing is Sweet with Love So Tender" and; "Kissing Makes the Heart Surrender" near the base of the mug. Doubled handled with a cabin built for 2 nestled at the base of the 2 handles.

The body of the mug has a young couple holding hands over, naturally a double handled mug or stein. The figures are raised from the body of the mug, The man is wearing traditional German liederhosen, the young lady has braided hair and a pink ruffled blouse. The cobalt background accents the two young lovers but also the mountains in the back of the couple. Each of the handles has a textured wood design.

The LEGO Japan Double Handled  Ceramic Kissing  Mug Stein is impressed on the underside with "Lego." The underside still has its' red foil label which reads "Fine Quality Lego, Japan".

This LEGO Japan Double Handled  Ceramic Kissing  Mug Stein is in near Mint condition with chips, cracks, signs of repair or other defects. The graphics are crisp, the colors vibrant. We do notice however that there is light crazing on the underside of the base. The crazing is not present on the interior or body.

Perfect for a collector of Beer Steins, 1960's ceramics, or just to use as a gift.
