This design was retired 2004.

She is carrying a Longaberger Americana Basket, over flowing with red flowers. She is also holding a sign with a blue bird on perched on its' top and of course she is accompanied by her trusty canine!

It is called American Beauty but I believe it was also sold as Victory's Garden.
