Vintage From Paul is pleased to offer these delightful Salt & Pepper Shaker Sets. The Metlox Poppytrail California Provincial pattern was manufactured from 1956 to 1982.

Metlox California Provinical closely resembles Homestead Provincial except for the rooster in the center instead of a farm scene.

Metlox Pottery began in 1927 in Manhattan Beach, California and grew to become one of California's premier pottery companies. There were two divisions within Metlox, the Poppytrail Division and the Vernonware Division (due to Metlox's purchase of Vernon Kilns in 1942). Metlox closed in 1989.

Metlox started producing the Navajo pattern in 1956 using the Navajo/Tempo Shape. It has a white background with a turquoise southwestern-flavored pattern around the edge. The finish is a satin glaze.

Each of the available Salt & Pepper Shaker Sets is in Mint condition with no defects noted.
