The is a creamy deep ivory both on the interior and exterior. The body of the jar has the classic double cobalt stripe of the Williamsburg pattern. Behind the stripe is a lovely rendering of ripe and luscious grapes as designed and painted by the artist " D. Kennedy" The piece is signed by the artist. The lid is solid wood with a solid wood knob.
