The Blue Heaven pattern was manufactured by Royal China in the 1960's and was a common "give away" pattern from various grocery stores. The pattern was aptly called "Blue Heaven" and was inspired by the 1950 musical "My Blue Heaven" starring Betty Grable, Dan Daily,Jane Wyatt and Mitzi Gaynor. The Royal China Blue Heaven pattern itself is very abstract and striking with the serving pieces having solid blue bodies and creamy white handles and lids.
