Vintage From Paul is delighted to offer these very lovely,Tea Saucers from the Iroquois Casual Collection of Russel Wright in the Nutmeg color.

Designed by Russel Wright and introduced in the late 1940's this dinnerware line was produced until the late 1960's. This durable porclain bodied dinnerware came in 14 basic colors

There is variation in most colors and not all colors were produced for the entire production period. General consensus is that Avocado Yellow, Charcoal, Nutmeg, Oyster, Parsley Green, Ripe Apricot and Sugar White were early colors. Aqua, Brick Red and Cantaloupe were late colors, with all the others falling somewhere in between.

Avocado Yellow, Nutmeg and Sugar White will be found with a mottled or "foamy" look to the glaze and were only produced in the very early years. All colors have some variation, but Nutmeg is the extreme going form light milk chocolate brown to rich dark chocolate brown.

Each available Russel Wright Iroquois Casual Nutmeg Tea Saucers is in mint condition with no nicks, chips, crazing, yellowing or other defects. These Russel Wright Iroquois Casual Nutmeg Tea Saucers are milk chocolate brown.

The Russel Wright Iroquois Casual Nutmeg Tea Saucers measure 6-1/8 inches in diameter and are marked with "Iroquois Casual China by Russel Wright".
