This matched ornamental creamer and sugar bowl were made by "Silver City Glass". The pattern is "Flanders" which has a spray of buttercups and lacy, flowing leaves. This pattern is repeated on each side of both pieces. The top scalloped rim is also covered with sterling overlay as well as the bottom base rim. Silver City Glass operated in Meridan , Conn. and started in business in 1904.

The Viking Silver City Sterling Overlay Flanders Cream & Sugar  stands about 3-1/2 inches tall and measures about 2-3/4 inches across the rim.
