Tapestry is listed as pattern number TMD 440 and was manufactured by Wedgwood from 1949 to 1993, These sets have the older hallmark which reads "Wedgwood Patrician of Etruria & Barlston, Made In England, US Des Pat Pend, Tapestry, TMD 440" The pieces also are impressed with identifying marks.

Tapestry is a lovely array of multicolored flowers set against a creamy white body. The exterior of the bowl has a wide, embossed fancy floral design. 

The cream soup bowl measures 5-1/4 inches in diameter, at the top, 2-7/8 inches in diameter at the base. It stands 2-3/8 inches in height. The saucer measures 7 inches in diameter.
